First thing I noticed when the jar arrived was that it’s not cloudy which is awesome so many other giardininera at the store are so cloudy which makes me question how long it’s been sitting there! The taste is great and the “hot” it’s just right it’s crunchy! Love it with my sandwiches and I add it to my salads and even chips!
