Honestly, I bought this on a whim, and that whim is to make a childhood recipe/snack I used to make with eftover Eckridge Sausage. Mixed with yellow rice, it's so amazing to have. This is the only rice I've bought for myself and eat constantly. Taste delicious, smells seasoned, it cooks nicely, and there is barely any time to wait. Shelf life is phenomenal, and you get a whole heck of a lot of value buying this than constantly buying one box every time you're at the store. Good to have for meals other than my Eckridge sausage and yellow rice meals.
