I would say that it is exactly one size too small off. The XXL scrubs fit like they were XL. So buy one size up than what you would usually buy. I quickly bought a few more pairs of these scrubbs because I was very happy with the fit and the comfort of these scrubs. The fit exactly like the Dicky's brand scrubs. Same feel and stretch. Extremely comfortable.
