Fatty, smokey, and delicious. It's hard to not eat it straight out of the tin as soon as you open it, it's that delicious. Once you get a taste, it's hard to stop.It's expensive, but worth it. The quality is as good as you can get, and you can taste it. Usually you will some trimmings in a can, but these are massive pieces. My first can was filled to the brim with a single piece of fish, along with 2-3 little bits to top it off. The skin is left on but it's not chewy at all, it's flakey, delectable, and rich.I recommend buying this if you want a treat. The sockeye or coho is cheaper — the price of those is much lower, if this is too expensive for you. Treat this like you would any expensive meat, with the respect it deserves.
