The slight chewiness is expected with protein noodles, but it is actually satisfying, especially with the curly texture that feels like classic ramen.With 32 grams of protein per serving and no added oils, it is a dream for anyone who lifts or wants to build muscle while staying lean. The ingredients are clean, the flavor is amazing, and although the sodium is on the lighter side for me, I can easily add a little salt which makes it healthier overall.I love that it is plant based yet tastes like authentic ramen.
