I am in perimenopause so things are not always predictable anymore. I use these as a liner when I get pms symptoms - just in case. And I also use these on days when I actually have flow. I can wear it most of the workday on flow days and feel confident that the pad isn’t going anywhere and will absorb everything. I would say my flow is moderate at the most, not what anyone would consider heavy. They are soft and thin enough to where I feel the outline of the pad does not show with my stretchy work pants. I will keep buying these for sure.
