The three most important things about probiotics are not the billions of CFUs...1) The combination of strains is important as they work together to provide the desired impact. This product leverages research to provide a combo of strains that are important for women's vaginal and urinary tract health. The six strains in this probiotic provide the bacteria I want to compliment the strains I already take for my gut health - I am a huge fan of taking probiotics to improve my microbiome.2) The CFUs at manufacturing are not the same as the CFUs we get once we open the bottle at home as probiotics are bacteria that die when not packaged well, exposed to varying temperatures, oxygen, and/or moisture. While I cannot say much about the alive CFUs delivered in this product, at least the product description contains information about how these are made to ensure we get alive bacteria once the bottle is opened. i do like that only one small capsule is needed.3) Plastic bottles are not the best for probiotics - dark glass or sun protection is ideal to keep the bacteria strains alive as long as possible. Selecting strains that are more likely to survive is also key. This product is made to give the bacteria a fighting chance and I appreciate the details in the product description so I know this was a consideration in the manufacturing process. This little bottle does protect the product from sunlight and it has a small footprint for the 30 small capsules.I waited two weeks to write this review to see if there is any difference and can say I do feel fresher and these probiotics feel like they are working well. I haven't felt any increased impact on my gut health specifically with these probiotics, but I already take a pre /pro / post biotic for my gut. I don't get UTIs, so cannot attest to the impact of this LOTFLY Probiotic on the urinary tract.The quality of these LOTFLY Probiotics is what sets them apart from other products. There is third party testings and these are made in a USA GMP certified facility. Since we are talking bacteria - I am pretty selective when it comes to probiotics. Overall really happy with this product and will order this again as part of my microbiome health.
