this soup is delicious at least I think so. No one in my family likes the taste but maybe it tastes good to me because it has things in it that help my body? I have endometriosis and this seems to help lessen my pain some and help me have more energy. even if it is a placebo it is comforting. 5 stars for taste. i do suspect that if you buy herbs separately you will save money and maybe get fresher herbs. still 5 stars this is so easy to make if you are exhausted and the kit makes it easier. I have days when I can hardly even stand but if I can stand and walk a little I can easily use the kit to make this soup!
