Probably the best plant-based mac and cheese I have ever eaten. The cheese is very gooey unlike other plant-based mac and cheeses and has a better flavor than the dry stuff. The pasta is also tastier. I suggest making it the way it mentions on the box, in a skillet. This gives the pasta a more cooked taste with oil. I use a cast iron skillet to give it the best flavor.I got this from Amazon but realized that my local Stop & Shop right around the corner has this too for cheaper. The price is a little high on Amazon. I suggest looking in your local store first for this.
