Buy this one! Great quality. Fits XcelTrax cam boots well. Sizes appear to be the same (i.e. M XcelTrax is M Ortho). If you have a thinner foot, consider the next size down. I measure a medium, but a small fit much better. The black rectangles in the image are extra two-sided velcro (removable to place where you need them). These come with ample extra cushions and these velcros to give a much better fit than the original with my boot. They are a little bit taller, but the foam feels to be a bit better quality. Much more comfortable! Like man others I wonder why cam boots don't automatically come with two liners for skin and nose (odor) health. May you heal well.
