I purchased this to rotate with the liner that came with my Large AIR-cam walking boot (one in the washer, on on my foot). It works fine with my boot, but there is no air pump/bladder and one less velcro strap at the very top. I didn't need the air support, so that was fine, but I do miss the top most velcro strap. It is surprising how much force is transferred to the top. Anyway, It was my fault for not paying attention. Good boot, good liner!
