United Ortho Air Cam Walker Fracture Boot Liner

I am 5'6" tall woman who wears a Women's USA 8 1/2 shoe size. That makes me a Medium according to the guidelines.Foot length in the CAM Boot is perfect.However, the height is wall too tall, folds over right into the crook of my knee.Which is not that uncomfortable regardless. The padding for this boot liner is better than the one that came with my CAM Boot (BREG). It also has more friction than the BREG liner, which sounds bad but too little friction unfortunately let's your foot attempt to slide out of the boot.I STRONGLY advise buying knee high socks with extra padding especially on the foot. Thin polyester socks make the experience painful no matter which liner. And for me, removing the shin guard when sleeping worked wonders too. But do what you physicay require.It was missing the black band/strap the top of the boot. I have no idea what the purpose of the Velcro rectangles are.This product came with 5-6 additional rectangular pads which came in use at various stages in the healing process.I hand washed in cold water using either diluted Castile soap or Arm & Hammers Body Wash. Made sure to ring it out good, hung it on a drying rack using laundry line clips and pointed a fan at it. Was probably good at the 12 hour mark but I give it a good 24 hours anyways. This was my backup liner but I use it as my main liner now.
