This is awesome! I roll the energizing eye balm on and tap lightly with a finger. I let it sit for 5 minutes then I put a little makeup over it. I have fair skin and I love how this energizing eye balm helps lighten dark circles under my eyes. The 24-7 moisturizing lotion feels cool when applied on the skin. It is a thinner lotion It has a very light scent that goes away when it dries. It makes my face feel moisturized without it being heavy.
