Recent User Experience

While the concept is good, this glove differs from the glove pictured in the listing in a significant way. The listing photo shows a wide velcro wrist strap attached to the stretchy glove cuff. As you can see from the photo, the glove I received has a rigid Velcro strap that wraps around from a split in the cuff. Additionally, there is no pocket or flap to keep the metal palm splint in place in its sleeve. The only way to keep it stable is to fasten the wrist strap tight around my wrist, and because it goes all the way around with no stretch, that cuts off circulation to my fingers. I am constantly repositioning the splint because it slides out of place. When that happens it not only no longer supports my palm, but begins to poke into my arm.The compression fabric is nice, warm and supportive, but the wrist strap and splint just don't work well on this glove.UPDATE: I have figured out how to make the strap work to keep the splint in without having to make the band too tight. This has been a lifesaver - I no longer wake with a numb hand.
