I really enjoyed the "THAI HARVEST 100% USDA Organic Riceberry Rice 7 Ounce (Pack of 8) Microwaveable 90 Seconds Ready to Eat Instant Rice for Quick Dinner Meals Zero Preservatives Gluten Free" and found it to have a pleasantly nutty flavor and scent. It was easy to use and cook, heating following the microwave instructions. It made a perfect side dish for a work lunch. While it did have a higher than expected calorie count, the grams of fiber as well as grams of protein were quite impressive. It did contain 75g of carbohydrates, which one should note if trying to lower their intake. The texture was oddly chewy, but not unpleasant; it was similar to well cooked wild rice. I did enjoy this product and would gladly order it again. For 8 packages, the cost at time of review is about $25, which is just over $3 per packet. This is a fair value in my opinion.
