Both bottles arrived in tact and feel really sturdy (though I do have awesome delivery people!)! The scent is really pleasant and I'm really enjoying the shower experience! I had no problems with either pump (though us older folks realize to first unscrew pump and remove half way to get product flowing before reattaching for daily use). I've had no skin reactions to body wash either. It has a lovely cooling effect from the mint.I've been using just a few days thus far, and have considerable healing with excema spots. Skin & hair feel soft & moisturized. I generally don't use commercial shampoos/conditioners, rather make my own. This is on par with my homemade soap in leaving my skin soft and healthy. I'm on a well, and it lathers just fine, though I'm one to build a lather on cloth before applying to body. Generally I've found 1/2 pump for hair (mines super short), 1 1/2 pumps for body, and 1/2 pump on scrub mat for feet, so not using a ton either. Lathering before applying to hair or body seems to be the magic step.
