I live a busy life, and sometimes finding something quick (and nutritional) is hard for me to do. I saw these Tasty Bite protein bowls, and decided to give them a try. I'm so glad I did!This set came with 6 bowls, each individually wrapped and packaged. I think these are great for a meal on-the-go, or for traveling. They also are great for a quick go-to meal, which is filling and tasty.I love the blend of the couscous, chick peas, and other beans. The vinaigrette sauce (comes in a pack as shown in my photo), is an interesting mix of flavors; the sauce pairs nicely with the beans and couscous. I love the tangy, citrus-like flavor of the vinaigrette sauce.These bowls are super easy to prepare; simply peel back the top (about half way), and then put the bown in microwave for about 60 seconds. The bowl heats up evenly, though I also make sure to let it sit for a little bit before eating.I love the ingredients of these protein bowls, and find them to be a nice blend of different kinds of flavors/textures. I feel good about eating these, as they have a lot of good attributes. The bowls are vegan, kosher, and the plastic bowl is BPA-free.I'm very pleased with these Tasty Bite Mediterranean style protein bowls; I definitely would order them again. I'd also love to try some of the other flavor choices.These are a great option, especially if you're a busy person or are on-the-go alot. I find these to be a flavorful treat, and one of my new favorites things! Very yummy!
