I'm so freaking glad these are back in stock. Not only is the quality great in terms of the noodles' texture and the way they soak up flavor, but the coil shape makes these noodles the best BY FAR due to how much easier they are to cook this way. I moved to a city with no Asian market a few years ago, so it's been nearly impossible to find glass noodles sold in coils instead of giant straight sticks. These noodles are affordable and the best that money can buy when you order online. Try them at home for Hot Pot too; they cook so evenly thanks to the coils!
