The new Knee Cage Orthosis Brace by RCAI was designed to control hyperextension of the knee, but still permits the knee to move, even increasing quadricep strength. The lightweight, thermoplastic construction of the brace conforms to the anatomy of the leg. Warranty on the plastic and fasteners is one year. Straps are warranteed for 10 days. A padded pressure strap behind the knee aids in patient comfort. The orthosis comes with straps. The straps listed for purchase are replacement straps. This product is non-returnable if the package has been opened.

Recent User Experience

Got this on a therapist recommendation. It provides stability to the knee to keep it from buckling. It's pricey, but worth every penny because it has increased the ease of mobility. The only problem is one of the screws holding the strap with the snap on it to secure it to the other side came lose. Easy fix, but I recommend checking the screws for tightness before using and every now and then after use. Just takes a Phillips head screwdriver.
