I had been using Matrix Solutionist Leave in conditioner when my salon operator suggested I try Awaken Mist leave in conditioner. I have lightened very fine shoulder length blonde hair and need a product to color protect, strengthen and nourish my hair. I have found it works great for my hair leaving it very silky and the breakage seems to have stopped. It also makes your hair easy to comb out after showering. My salon operator gave me a tip to not spray it directly on your hair but spray it into your hands and then massage it through. It is a thicker product so this application process seems to work better she advised. I did try spraying it directly onto my hair and it seemed to leave too much in one place and felt like it was a little tacky after drying and styling. The prices on Amazon were considerably less than at the salon so I will be buying from here from now on!
