There are many cheaper and effective retinols, but the Sunday Riley Luna (retinol) oil is effective, luxurious, and has never irritated my skin - even when I layer it with their lactic acid. It's one of my very favorite luxuries. Sunday Riley's Good Genes lactic acid mask/serum was an instant classic for a reason: it's incredibly effective while still being gentle. Every time I use it, the next morning I marvel at my soft, smooth skin. (Generic lactic acids of any percentage don't hold a candle to it.)This is one of the best bargains if you use the Good Genes about once a week, because that 15ml Luna oil is about 300 drops, or for me, about 100 uses. Since I mask at least once a week and use a strong retinol at least once a week, that's nearly 5 months of use.
