We purchased these snails to make escargot at home for the first time. They are perfect! The size is good, the texture is great and the taste is wonderful. We soaked them in white wine for a bit then sweated them with butter and sliced shallots. We put them in 2 escargot dishes (2 per well), added a generous amount of a basil, butter, garlic, parsley mixture and covered them with buttered panko and baked them. OMG! Really good. Looks like we might have to put these on subscribe and save. LOL
