I really like that these Bio-Cellulose Under Eye Patches by Starskin contain so many botanicals and so few synthetic components. I also love how detailed the instructions for use are, because usually I'm struggling with not even knowing which side the wide end is supposed to be on...Before using these patches I stuck them in the fridge for about 15 minutes- as per the directions. Then I washed my hands and smoothed the serum evenly over the patches with a fingertip before applying them- as per the directions. I placed the narrow end onto the edge of my nose so that the wider part was at my outer eye- as per the directions. These are the first fabric eye patches I've ever used and I thought they would adhere better, but because they are so saturated they still wanted to slip around, so I had a lie down while they worked. And worked they did! I wake up every day with ridiculously puffy eyes from never drinking enough fluids (yeh, I know, I know...), and after removing the patches all of the puffiness was gone. Not only that, but the area looked smoother and firmed up, even my fine lines seemed to look less noticeable.I'm going to guess that those results are due to this formulation containing 75% seaberry based ingredients, AKA sea buckthorn. This botanical is amazing because it is rich in vitamins, fatty acids and antioxidants. Which means that it's very nourishing, hydrating and will also help to fight off free radicals, which can do a lot of damage to the skin and make it look older. To combat puffiness these patches also contain Allantoin and broccoli extract... Who knew that broccoli extract could help? I did not, but I'm a believer now. In addition to all the great botanicals, these patches also contain hyaluronic acid and adenosine, both of which can also improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.These are the first patches that I ever wanted to leave on for longer than 10 minutes, because in addition to de-puffing, I was giving the anti-aging components time to work. I really enjoyed using them, they have a wonderful formulation and give great results. So even though they are expensive at $12 for two pairs, I think they are worth it, especially considering how expensive sourcing botanical ingredients can be.Highly recommendedMade in Korea
