I started using SkinMedica products when I purchased a discounted package of their products from my aesthetician, and I have to say they are the first products I've ever used that have made a visible improvement in my skin after only a month or so of use. The package included the TNS serum ($$$), exfoliating cleanser, and HA5 hydrator, but not the HA5 Water Burst moisturizer. After using the initial three products and seeing the effect, I purchased the moisturizer and I love it. It's gentle and hydrating, not at all oily or greasy, absorbs quickly, and leaves my skin feeling soft and light. While it's not a cheap product, it's actually a little less expensive than the department store brand I was using, and I'm only about halfway through the jar after a couple months.
