Beauty products in the EU are held to higher health and safety standards than those in the USA, so I always feel confident using those products made in the Eurozone. This cream is no exception.I've been using it for the past week and I wanted to take a little while to give a proper report, because sometimes one can't judge based on a day or two.For starters, I'm a person who does not like moisturizers or creams on my face, especially if they feel sticky or heavy. I can tolerate them at bedtime if and only if they disappear from my skin within a reasonable amount of time, and they don't leave a goopy mess/stain on my pillowcase.This product goes a long way, and it doesn't take much to cover my face. It does go on slightly tacky, I will admit, but it doesn't stay tacky, and after a few minutes I'm not aware that I'm wearing it. It took me a couple of nights to get over my impatience (about 10 minutes before it was absorbed into my skin) but once that time was up it wasn't a bother. Let me say it again: I'm one of those folks who has sensitivity issues, such as long, tight sleeves and sock seams pushing against my toes. So my standards are incredibly picky.Once this cream is absorbed, however, my face feels smooth and fresh. My skin doesn't feel choked, it can breathe. There is a very light fragrance which I think is the Limonene, but it's not bothersome, it's citrus. There is no stinging as with some AHA products, but I'm sure it's doing something because by day 4 my skin looked brighter, and I am usually not one to notice these things.This product comes with a high price tag, and if you are a particular type of shopper you know the value of and can appreciate these niche specialty creams more than I do. My adult daughter is a beauty aficionado who said this is a great product and I owe it to myself to sometimes indulge, so that is what I've done.
