First, I am a health care worker who works with ampules every day, so I am very experienced with opening and using them. The directions on the box are very very small and hard to read (i needed reading glasses). The ampule breaker and the cap are not labeled which is which and for someone who does not use them every day, it may be difficult to use them. The directions were ok, I think for someone who does not have experience using them this directions may have been vague. I found the dropper part (which I have never used or even seen one of these because I use needles and syringes to remove the contents normally at work), very difficult to use and put on the ampule. It was also difficult to get to solution out of the ampule. My first vial broke when it slipped out of the dropper cap. The ampule cutter was easy to use, but I also have used something similar and I am comfortable breaking ampules. The concern I have is small pieces of glass getting into the solution when you break the ampule, either with or without the cutter you are going to run that risk since the solution is not bing filtered as it is being removed rom the ampule.The product itself is very nice. It is a little thick and oily and felt great applying to my skin. I let it sit for a few minutes to dry before applying a moisturizer to my face. It went great with the moisturizer and I like the product itself. I can see getting at least 2 applications out of each ampule, if not 3. Canthe product be placed in a glass dropper bottle? Is there a reason for the ampule?It is a nice product, make sure to wear sunscreen according the directions if you get this. Nice product. I would rather see a safer and easier delivery system that is more easy for the general public to understand. I like the product, I don't like the delivery system.Made in Italy.⭐️ 1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality, or it does not reflect the advertising.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or is not priced where it should be for the product.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable. It has some faults, but the quality is adequate for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable; it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.
