This is part of my hair routine for the past 3 months and it has made my hair so much smoother and my hair feels healthier. It definitely helps with frizz control. I have thick hair and a lot of hair and so this has been the best product I’ve used by far.After washing my hair, I will use a heat protectant and apply that to my hair before I start to blow dry. Once my hair is mostly dry, I will put the serum throughout my hair and let it sit overnight. It doesn’t come across oily or anything. I actually really enjoy the smell of it too. It’s very light and has helped my hair so much from previous years of damage to my hair.
