My wrist was hurting, I think from pre-carpal tunnel or something like that. I still wanted to be able to work out and do other things, but my wrist was really sore when I'd move it in certain directions.I had been wrapping my wrist and using other wrist supports, but decided to try this. It has two pieces of steel in the back which offers a lot more support, and the fit for the size I got is perfect. It offers my wrist a lot of support, but at the same time gives me enough mobility to still workout.I've been sleeping with it to keep my wrist from bending, and finally the pain in my wrist is going away! I hope it will be gone in a few days, but wearing this has definitely helped. It's a perfect balance of support and flexibility, highly recommend this.
