I love that they offer so many sizes to fit the different body types. Shock Dr also has different types that fit as well. I have purchased these after few times now & they are my go to for my bad knees. They have definitely helped me when my knees are needing the extra support & extra pain management.They are a little tricky to get on however that is a good thing because once in place they aren't going to shift or move around. They actually stay in the place you put them (Just be sure to get the right size. Too tight & you cut off circulation. Too big & off course they are going to move around). I have used these for working out & even when I am doing day to day daily tasks (& needed some extra support). I have issues with hyper extension in my left knees due to arthritis & tendonitis.
