I was looking for a compression sleeve for my left elbow when I bench press or do skull crushers and found the Shock Doctor brand at Dick’s. I don’t see the size recommendations here on Amazon for the measurement of your forearm, but they are printed on the box and mine is 11.5 inches so XL was the recommendation by the manufacturer and it fit perfectly. I would have purchased it at Dick’s but the elbow sleeve was 5 bucks cheaper at Amazon and I grouped it with another order.Once it arrived, I was pleased to discover that the Shock Doctor elbow compression sleeve delivered in the gym with very good support and no slippage during my workouts. The sleeve is fairly breathable and flexible without the heavy sweating of neoprene alternatives. The gel support inlays may indeed work as I’ve experienced very little to no elbow pain when using this sleeve. The materials used and assembly of the sleeve appear to be spot on and I’m very happy with the purchase.Since I don’t see a sizing chart here, I’ve included a photo of one from the Shock Doctor box.
