Recent User Experience

We use the DermaSaver to protect the skin on my wife's lower legs as she makes transfer from her wheelchair to our car which requires dragging her lower legs across the door sill. These devices are fabricated from approximately 1/4" foam cover on both sides with a synthetic material, thought to be polyester. They are tapered from top to bottom which makes them easy to slide on over socks and because the are slightly loose, they ride on the top of her shoes, not squeezing her legs. The only downside is that in the Summer, the foam construction makes them tend to be hot on the legs. I thought that the medium size that we got would be too large for my wife's legs but it turns out that the size is just right, providing a loose fit. She is 5'3" of medium build, meaning medium leg size.
