To Prepare: Mix 3/4 cup water and 1 Tbsp. butter in pan. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and add 1/3 cup cold milk. Stir in 3/4 cup potato flakes. Makes 2 servings. For creamier potatoes, add more liquid; for thicker potatoes use less liquid.
