(approximately 2 quarts) of Santiago Refried Beans, add 2 quarts of boiling water. Cover and hold on steamtable until ready to serve (about 25 minutes).Stir before serving. Additional boiling water may be added to refreshed beans to adjust consistency. 1/2 cup serving size. 126 servings per case.

Recent User Experience

I read about these on a site and decided to try them myself. I made them on the fly at my son's wedding for 170 people and everybody loved them. Easy to make just by pouring boiled water over the top in a covered pan, stirring in the water, and 25 minutes later check for consistency. Adjust the liquid if necessary and that's it. Way better than canned beans. Love them.
