Sort of like dessert.Although martini olives are traditionally stuffed with pimiento, I have been using anchovy-stuffed olives for the past year or so. There's no fishy taste at all, but the anchovy in the olive offers a very nice umami bomb at the end of the cocktail.Actually, now that I think about it, these olives are pretty cheap. Each jar holds close to a pound, and at two olives per martini, the cost is quite low.If you like martinis, you owe it to yourself to try anchovy-stuffed olives.This two-pack of stuffed olives is not the cheapest around, but I have found them delicious and well worth the price. They are smaller than the typical martini olives, but very tender. I use two in each cocktail, which seems to be just right.
