This is actually really delicious. I didn't notice this was chickpea pasta and I never would have known the difference (not that chickpea pasta isn't good anyway). However, I must mention that this is pretty spicy for an old white lady -- love the spice, it just doesn't love me. So I mixed some yogurt in at the end of cooking to cool the spice a bit and that was very tasty as well. This is probably the best instant pasta/noodle/ramen I've ever had, I'm honestly shocked! So I will definitely brave the spice and reorder. Also I almost never review anything, so that speaks to how much I liked this pasta.
