Awesome canned Alaskan salmon - sustainably caught. Even better, it has the skin and bones so it is higher in nutrients than the 'silly skinless boneless' variety. It says 2 1/2 servings per can but I just eat the entire thing straight from the tin! It has over 3,500 mg of Omega 3's in one tin! There is one PROBLEM: You need a good can opener. It does Not have a pull tab. A problem for me with arthritis and Carpal tunnel. But the contents are worth it.
