I wish I had taken a picture upon opening. This can was stuffed FULL! & in nice flat layers, ALL the way to the TOP of the Can! I opened the can and transferred the peppers and they filled up 3 JARS!I was trying to find a peppadew like pepper (very sweet, not much heat, but with a little kick). I found these peppers to have little to no heat, and with a very mild flavor. They come perfectly cut without Tops, and with Insides removed so they are ready to be STUFFED!So, of course, that’s exactly what I did with them! I stuffed with with a crawfish & rice mixture & topped then with some smoked Gouda & popped those puppies into the oven! The lesson I learned? I didn’t make enough! talk about YUMMY!!If You are looking for propers to stuff, or to use cooking? I RECOMMEND You try these out! They won’t ball anyone over with heat or a strong flavor, they’re about bell pepper level hot or flavorful.The way they come pre-cut & inside clean & ready to stuff make these peppers ultra convenient!
