If you are accustomed to those whole, sliced or diced 'pimentos' (cherry peppers) in the small glass jars, just wait for the aroma as you open one of the cans! The texture is firm, not mushy, and the flavor is so much better. Each can has four whole 'peppers.' What a great find for those of us who have been unable to get this quality from grocery stores. These are whole 'pimentos' that have been properly prepared for 'canning.'As far as the description and labeling is concerned, scroll over the can and look at all the images. The information is complete and accurate . . . even to the 'Product of Peru!' Serving Suggestions, Nutrition Fact and Ingredients are easy to read and displayed in the five images.Ordered these Thursday night and they were delivered by FEDEX Saturday morning (Amazon prime eligible). The four cans were in a sealed plastic bag in a shipping box padded with 'air pillows.' Just a quick reminder to always wash the tops of cans before opening.Definitely recommended . . . ENJOY!
