Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked this product over the other anchovies because I prefer the ones packed in a glass bottle versus a "tin can". They somehow taste better in my honest opinion. I used these anchovies even with the olive oil when I make my pasta sauce with garlic, oil (of course I add better olive oil to my dish) & anchovies. I don't like to strain or separate the anchovies. I just take the whole jar and sauteed it with my crushed/chopped garlic. This way the garlic doesn't burn. I even toss in sometimes fresh clams and boy does it make my pasta taste even better. The juices from the clams oozes out, crack some fresh pepper, toss in some parsley at the end and garnish with a basil on top!😋 yummy, you just saved yourself over $29.99 by cooking at home. Open a nice bottle of wine and you'll be so happy! Great taste no metallic can taste, texture is perfect for even put it on bruschetta or a slice of pizza. Great quality in a jar. Unfortunately it's more expensive these days and hard to find. Amazon is the place. Buy in bulk cause they last for a long time in a dark cool pantry👍
