I'd been a Cento fan for years, but my beloved Cento has fallen to Roland. Granted, the Cento are listed as 7-9 per can and these Roland are 5-7; however, the Cento are usually 10 or 11 lately. And I've never had more than 5 or 6 in the Roland cans. Always a consistent size, quality and cut as well. Highly recommend these!!! In the cooked/finished photo are two artichoke bottoms, the smaller one is Cento. The larger is Roland. All of my Roland bottoms looked very similar in size and quality. With Cento, they're all over the place.
