You'll have to experiment with it on the dose to get it just right but once you find out what works for you, it does work. I've been able to get it down where I only need to use it once a week. Wonderful invention. Highly recommend it. Well worth money. Estrogen Free. Warning: if you're very dry down there, the first or second use will be very uncomfortable. Use a bit of regular KY jelly to lube yourself and put some on the applicator and it'll won't be as uncomfortable. Each successive use should be more easier to apply without any difficulty. Take care of yourself. Vaginal atrophy, which this does help, but not cure or reverse is not joke. VA causes all sorts of problem down there for women.
