I have combination skin that is dry in some areas and oily in others. Finding products that can help clear up acne and shrink pores without drying out my skin can be a challenge to say the least. Many salicylic acid products dry out my skin something awful.The consistency of this product is a thin, clear liquidy gel. It isn't runny like water but isn't overly thick like a traditional gel either. Perfect balance between the two. It is easy to spread over my skin.I was surprised that my skin didn't feel overly sticky or tacky after use. No irritation, stinging, burning, etc either.The fragrance is minimal, nearly nonexistent, for those with sensitivities. (or just for those that don't like strongly scented facial care products)I didn't find the product to be overly drying to my skin. I didn't experience any flaking like I do with some salicylic acid products.I shower in the evening, wash my face thoroughly, and then apply this product. I work it in well and then apply my regular nighttime moisturizer.After using the product for 2 weeks, I can say that I have noticed some reduction in the size of my pores. They definitely aren't GONE but they are less noticeable. My skin feels silky smooth and looks radiant! I haven't noticed a change yet in my dark spots but I'm hoping I will with continued use. :)
