Makes sure all the stuffing is immediately removed so there's no worry about contamination while the turkey "rests" before cutting. You pull this out when the turkey is done, lay it I'm a bowl, cut it open, and simply "dump out the stuffing!! You get that wonderful "remember grammas stuffing", baked in the bird flavor you can't get from stuffing made in a pan. So easy to use, so easy to remove, just makes it so much better!
