There are a lot of canned proteins out there that I've always wanted to try, and here's one of them. The amount of mussels in the can are a wonder to behold, be prepared to feed a good 4 or so people out of these, or be prepared to immediately save the rest through refrigeration if you're unable to finish it in one go. The quality of these are absolutely amazing, every single piece is definitely well curated. The taste is very unique as well. They use vinegar, so if you're a fan of vinegar (I've developed a love for it in recent years), then this is for you. They are very pricey for a single can, but you do get a lot out of it. The texture of the mussels are delightful. One of my cats who is a seafood lover was all over me for a taste. The vinegar isn't good for her, so I only gave her the tiniest sample, and these mussels are beautifully soft for that sharing.
