It's spicy and moist and can go right on a sandwich or salad without your having to add mayo or anything else. At only 80 calories per serving, it is a flavorful meal addition for when you're trying to cut calories but not protein. But you have to like spicy food. People who don't normally eat spicy hot food will find this overwhelming.Each packet contains 2.6 oz. of prepared tuna, a little less than half a regular-size can. Surprisingly, because most skipjack is caught in nets, this tuna is pole and line caught. I don't know what it means to be "individually caught from an MSC certified fishery in the Maldive Island, " since you usually don't go fishing in a fish farm. It is also a product of Thailand, which might be why it sought MSC certification, since that country isn't otherwise known for good seafood practices.
