Add a flat of anchovies and it is an excellent puttanesca. It is sweet, salty, acidic, briny, peppery, and umami all at once. The chunks of tomato and other ingredient are big enough to see. The flavors are layered. It should have made enough for two meals, but it tasted so good that we over ate it all at one seating.
