If you can't have gluten but you still want macaroni these rice noodles are pretty good. You have to be really really careful not to overcook them because just as they're getting soft that's when you want to take them off otherwise they'll just turn to mush. I thought I needed to be gluten free so I tried that for a while but now it turns out that I don't even so I continue to eat these I won't order more though. I really missed regular noodles but these were good during my I must be gluten-free days. Glad that's over.
