I got these after my doctor suggested I get them from Amazon for cheaper for my sprained ankles. I think they work really well, especially if you can't stand the pull-on braces. They do bulk up your ankle(s), so you will need to loosen your shoes or go a size or two up. I wore them with Asics, so i just laced my shoes looser for a bit. They held up really well and I'm keeping them in storage in case I have more issues.
