I have very weak ankles. I have sprained them multiple times, and occasionally experience returning and lingering pains especially during and after exercises. I am not very athletic, but I do love my martial arts classes which I take about three times a week on average. These ankle wraps have been God's send. I am on my second one now. The first one lasted about two years (I only wear them during my martial arts classes). And I hope Pro-Tec will continue making them, because these are really the best ankle wraps I found.
