I am a nursing student and I also work at the hospital. The nurses all have Littmann and their pretty expensive. I misplaced mine and I was also on a budget so I did my research and doctors actually recommend the Prestige. I love pink and the price was under $25! I had to take a chance with it. When I got it, the packaging was very nice and came with extra ear buds. It does not look cheap! The quality is just like the littmann just better sound and a different logo! The color was perfect the length was perfect (it stops at mid boob length when placed around your neck) and the weight was perfect. It actually stays around your neck and doesn't move or slide while walking. The sound is AMAZING! So loud and clear!Tip: The paper says to insert the ear buds facing TOWARD you. I couldn't hear crap when I did so I put them on facing AWAY from me and OMG what a difference. That's when everything became loud and clear. Try it both ways to see what works best for you.
